Absolutely the worst customer service. I was hung up on when I was trying to get information about a quote that I received. Very unprofessional and was trying to charge an absolutely ridiculous amount for the repair.
Had some hiccups due to insurance taking too long. In the end Windfern Collision made everything right and I left a happy customer. Did a great job on my vehicle and couldn't have been more understanding when I was losing patience.
Excellent work! Excellent staff!!!
Mohammad was very helpful from the very beginning!
