I have a sever gluten allergy and originally went in and asked for a gluten free alfredo pizza. I paid. After paying the guy came up and told me the Alfredo sauce was no longer gluten free. I said that’s fine and just asked for a refund because I don’t like marinara. I appreciated him letting me know instead of just giving me the alfredo, I could’ve gotten very sick. An absolute must-visit pizza spot in North County SLO! We ordered the Rustic ciabatta garlic bread with cheese and the Bishop Peak buffalo fries to start—both were fantastic and huge portions. For the main event, we got the Supreme deluxe meat lovers pizza and the Truffled pesto tortellini. I was charged $32.59 for a medium gluten free Hawaiian pizza. The menu lists the medium Hawaiian around $24. The receipt broke it down as $19.99 for a medium cheese pizza, $1.99 for the Canadian bacon, $1.99 to around a dozen pieces of canned pineapple bits and $6 for the gluten free crust. When I ordered over the phone, I wasn’t informed of the $6 up charge for gluten free.
