Dr Ahern is everything you want in a provider. She listens, she is thoughtful in her approach, she doesn’t send you for a bunch of unnecessary testing but will do her due diligence with your care. She’s an incredible communicator and collaborator. She’s worked with both my PCP and therapist to be sure my treatment with her doesn’t interfere with anything else I have going on. Wonderful doctor. Always cares about her patients and is through with finding out what is going on with her patients.
Absolute disappointment with this provider. I feel like I’ve wasted well over a year of my time, with the lack of care or knowledge about the issue at hand. I have never felt less heard by a medical professional, in my life. The provider repeats things over and over and talks in circles, only offering drug after drug without even explaining how the drug mentioned may help.. without bothering to look for a root cause. Well I had an appointment with her on Friday at 8:15 I arrived at 8:19 due to traffic. I would've been there at 8:00 if the traffic wasn't so bad. They keep telling me my appointment is urgent that I be seen right away. I guess it's not that important to this doctor because she said she had other patients to see and I had to reschedule because I was 4 minutes late. 4 minutes. This is not acceptable to me. All the doctors I deal with will give you 15 minutes. Not this place. They don't care about anything but money. They are ... read more
