Dr. Acosta-Dickson is one of the best providers I’ve ever had. She’s extremely kind and knowledgeable. She’s always been able to address any questions or problems that I’ve had. She takes the time to make sure everything is going well with my health and I couldn’t ask for a better provider!
Five stars for receptionists, lab tech, Demi, and nurses. However, it seemed like some wait times were long. Once for getting called back to see doctor then to be called back to see lab tech for blood draw. Makes me wonder if the name change from Meritus also changed policy and procedures.
Always great service and communication with doctor and staff.
Dr. Acosta takes time to make sure your concerns are addressed. She remembers personal situations and follows up on them the next visit. She seems to really care about the physical and mental health of her patients. She went out of her way to help me feel seen, supported, and cared about. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate and very qualified primary care doctor.
