The experience was very quick and easy.
So far so good! I've only had it for like an hour now. When I first arrived my unit had been padlocked by someone else but I called and they were very quick to resolve the issue. Got my unit. It's nice and clean and exactly what I was looking for. Super easy to set up online and they have an app which is awesome!
Rob is a great manager. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage.
