Talked big, "This will be perfect". But not only did not deliver perfection, took 2 1/2 times longer than estimated. Uses method of flat labor payment for entire job, so after a certain date has absolutely no incentive to complete the job, unless threatened with legal action. Refused to write in estimated completion date into contract- which I later found out is against PA law (as were a few other things in the contract).
