Talked big, "This will be perfect". But not only did not deliver perfection, took 2 1/2 times longer than estimated. Uses method of flat labor payment for entire job, so after a certain date has absolutely no incentive to complete the job, unless threatened with legal action. Refused to write in estimated completion date into contract- which I later found out is against PA law (as were a few other things in the contract). I wish I could give negative stars to these people. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE/TREATMENT. He had a rude and disrespectful attitude. His exact words to me were "I won't help you because you do not speak English." He talked to me like I was illiterate and uneducated. Well guess what, I am Indian and I can speak both my native language AND ENGLISH, just fine. I do not recommend this place whatsoever. Disappointing experience. Came in for free estimate and asked if we would get more estimates. As any customer would say, we said yes (for extra estimates) and he flipped out. Wont even give estimate just because we want to get estimates from contractors other than him. Then he said we wasted his time by calling him in. ACTUALLY, you wasted our time for making us stay home while we could be doing more productive work.
