Dr. Yao and the staff were wonderful when I arrived with my elder dog who had had a stroke. She was alive and alert, but I was quite frightened. They took her in right away and gave me updates during the time she was there. Dr. Yao explained patiently all the results of the tests and answered each of my questions throughly with a lot of compassion and warmth. Highly recommend this veterinarian practice.
They seemed attentive when we first brought our dog in due to bloody stool. We follow their first set of instructions...no change. Take him back. Then they discover a mass. They confirm it hasn't spread to the upper part of the body...we have had to reach out to them more times to get answers, updates - always told we will get a call back. Never get the call back.
