Glad to see someone else has finally spoke up of how poorly these apartments are insulated, I hear every single move of the person above me and is so frustrating, your told to record it by the office, they still do nothing about it. I understand kiddos live there so maybe the complex needs to come in and try and insulate better between the floors?
