When I was looking at reviews, I saw one about a botched wedding dress. And I was like surely they can’t be that bad. Well I should have listened to her. They completely ruined my rehearsal dinner dress — brand new from reformation $300. The zipper misaligned, threads everywhere, fabric folded and stitched over, uneven in length, fabric ripped by the needle in several places, tags removed, wrinkled, mishandled, and dress returned to me stained beyond belief.
