I brought in my tuxedo here with two of its tuxedo shirts for dry-cleaning (Account under my wife’s name). The shirts were returned to me without their studs/buttons. The store’s response without any accountability: “We ‘usually’ take them off and return them to you, but it’s your responsibility to do it.” If it’s my responsibility, then why do you “Usually” do it? And if not, why were the studs not returned to me? We have been customers for nearly five years here, but won’t be coming back.
I have been going to Anton cleaners just recently and I have discovered the best place possible for all of my clothing needs. I also found that the people there are very polite and friendly to the customers.I highly recommend them for any type of clothing cleaning and repairs.
