Recently signed an annual lease here. Kristian and Spencer were very helpful throughout the process. Transparent. Nice community. Lots of community amenities such as communal roof top deck and lounge. There's a decent size gym and small pool/hot tub too. Units have nice finishings. Walking distance to all of DT SC. Would recommend if looking for higher end apt community.
Very nice building but unfortunately the Santa Cruz City Council allows junkies to destroy this area. Be prepared to not use the neighboring Riverwalk due to open drug use and junkie camping.
Spencer was super helpful from the leasing office and was very patient with all our questions!
