Dr.Bilchick was very thorough, detailed and patient with helping us understand the diagnosis of what we were facing. He did an excellent job with my mothers surgery and kept us hopeful after receiving the results. His team was attentive and kind. Dr.Chin was also great in explaining many other questions that we had. I'm happy to know that my mother is in great care!
I am so grateful for people like Dr. Bilchik who are using their talent and abilities to improve the lives of others. He is really a one-of-a-kind human--I can't say enough good about him. Dr. Bilchik is an amazing physician. The care he shows to his patients is very touching, he is a highly skilled surgeon, and he truly listens to his patients and is very supportive, even with family members of the patient. He has saved lives, and I have already referred family members to him. By the way, virtually all of the bad reviews here are fake. Someone has issues.
Dr Bilchik not only maintains a high level of professionalism but an amazing bed side manner as well. Two traits that are very hard to achieve in his profession. He performed one of the most difficult surgeries there is to perform (whipple) on my mother and was amazing throughout the entire process. I could not speak more highly of Dr Bilchik. When I was diagnosed with esophageal cancer, he explained to me the options for surgery very clearly, and with considerable reassurance, so I was happy to go along with his own recommendation.
