If a patient's appointment is at 4:00, they should definitely not be seen after 4:35 by Dr. Galich. I understand appointments sometimes run over, but it’s unacceptable that a nurse, who clearly wasn't busy, wouldn't come and provide an explanation or at least a courtesy update regarding the delay. A doctor can be excellent at their craft, but if bedside manner is lacking and the patient’s time isn't respected, then in my opinion, that doctor isn't truly great. I think Dr Galich is very well educated and knows what he is doing. Professional, knowledgeable and very good at what he does. I am very happy with him, and confident in his ability to help me and lead me in the right direction for what ever treatment I may need. His staff and nurse are outstanding. When your talking about Cancer you want make sure you have made the right decision when choosing a Doctor. For me, I wouldn't go anywhere else. I have been waiting on a call from them after I was referred to them by my Dr. Its been 2 weeks since the referral many attempts at calling in but never reach anyone. Left a couple of voicemails asking to return call.
Although I admire him, his treatment for my cancer was responsible for the worst year of my life with absolutely no resolution. I continue to suffer and have changed doctors to find relief.
