I’m at one of their properties and they raised my rent 11%. I’m in California. It’s supposed to be affordable living, but raising the rent every year 11% should be illegal. I’m going to start investing this company. I want to know and read my rights as a paying tenant at one of their properties.

After seeing that this company has invested over $200,000 into funding Trumps campaign. I cannot adequately think that this company is in California to help the residents. I am only led to believe that their money is only for political gain, and that the quality of property from this company will be atrocious. Information found on open secrets.org

I have both lived and worked in Anton property. As someone who has seen both from a renters and employee perspective I would not recommend working or living for this company the turn over rate for the properties I had worked at was roughly every 4 months. As a business owner I would ask myself what the common denominator is as to why employees keep leaving the same properties.
