I had an incredible experience at this salon! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with such a warm and inviting atmosphere, complete with the adorable Fin, the cutest pup. Lara was absolutely exceptional—so professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive to all of my hair concerns. She made me feel completely at ease and confident throughout the entire process. I had high hopes for this salon and requested a senior hairdresser to cut my long hair. I have a lot of hair and specifically asked for an easy-to-manage style. I was fine with trimming a few inches off, and after the cut and styling at the salon, I actually loved how it looked. However, after washing my hair a couple of days later, I realized how poorly it had been cut. There were no proper layers, and my hair became so puffy that even a flat iron couldn’t help.
