Dr bui is incredible but the front desk staff is absolutely appalling. Their behavior, mannerisms and how they handle patient care is beyond belief. There is no professionalism when it comes to the front desk workers especially the one with the blonde-ish brown hair I believe her name is Cynthia. All because I didn’t want to wait 40 minutes to get seen by my doctor who I had a scheduled appointment for. The best foot doctor ever!!! Caring, Charismatic, charming, funny, gentle, I could continue, but I think you get the message. He is definitely the best of the best and would never go to anyone else.
Those 4-5 star ratings have to be fake, the pain I went through after recovering from surgery and having the gauze removed was horrible and beyond words, never went back! Seeing another podiatrist! Stay away from there.
