### Disappointing Experience I had a really disappointing experience with this storage business. The service was not what I expected, communication was frustrating, and the overall experience felt poorly managed. I expected better customer service. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this place. There are plenty of storage companies where you can expect better service and communication,Eastside storage is a few minutes away and they answer every time you call.Bring Chad back.
Had my trailer stolen from this place. No phone call or email saying there was an active police investigation on the lot and to maybe go see if your trailer was still there…... I just showed up and my trailer was gone, called antler hill and was given a case#…. The gate was wide open the last few times I went, they have zero regard for security. It's an ok place to store your rvs and trailers
If you are looking for a place to store anything LOOK ELSEWHERE. This place has fallen apart. You’re lucky if your access card actually works when you need it to. This spring I was stuck in the storage area for almost 30 minutes (not first time) so I called and got a voicemail. When I did talk to someone he sounded upset that I was calling and said.
