Drive from Pleasanton to go look at a vehicle there. I warned the salesman that my truck had a exhaust leak and wasn't perfect. He drove the snot out of it came back and claimed my truck wouldn't shift out of fifth 2 times. I drove it around never got it to do it drove it all the way home never got it to do it. So watch out with them if your vehicle isn't perfect.
Easy place to buy a car. We totaled our previous van and found what we wanted at Antler. Called ahead and Tanner had it ready and waiting for us. We went to 9 other dealerships and we were utterly disappointed with our salespeople. Tanner in his HeyDudes and fishing shirt instantly made us feel relaxed and not pressured into the buy. Tanner will be our first call the next time we need a vehicle.
I don’t have the words to convey how happy I am about my recent automobile purchase from Antler Auto. The stars of this transaction are sales person Tanner Bendele and finance person Joy Ann Willson. found out the vehicle we wanted sold from underneath us. Worked numbers over the phone. Had the salesman tanner talk to our bank, and i spoke with their finance department and got everything situated to purchase the vehicle. We couldn't make it down until the weekend because of their hours of operation and we not in the same town. NEVER once told me they specifically needed certain documents to hold the vehicle. very upset, spent a week working this deal
Tanner and Joy are something else. I must have asked to look at and get quotes for 5+ vehicles. They didnt miss a beat and got me the information I needed to finally buy the truck that best suited me. No pressure from either of them and both worked with my budget the whole way. Go here and buy your next vehicle. You won't regret it.
