I'm not someone who writes negative reviews lightly. That said, Salem Street earned this one. I have been given the run around for a little over 6 months regarding the return of my security deposit after having moved out. The property manager and I have had multiple conversations on the phone, during which he has confidently assured me that I would receive my check in the next day or two.
