I brought stacked stone into their show room and asked if they had a match. I was told yes. I bought the stone and once the boxes were opened they were not the correct stone, not even close. I returned the stone but was charged a 30% restocking fee. I can understand the fee if I wasn’t told the stone I bought was a match or even close to a match of what I needed. If the guys at the counter did their job correctly there wouldn’t have been an issue. I now am out $100’s of dollars to restock the stone they incorrectly sold me.

Such a great customer service! Mauricio is the best and even the people who load the product to your truck are so nice! Antique tile is the best option even for the price! I asked around other places for quotes and were $50 more for 1/2 pallet unlike this place and it’s the same product! Will be back again and will be referring this place! 5 stars! This place also unloads the pallets for you! Thank you!
