place is lovely, guy at the register didnt have bills in the register so he pulled out his bag and they were crumpled and he miscounted and when we asked for the $2 back he lowkey freaked out and got sassy at having to give me my $2
I have been to many antique stores in Pittsburgh and each one has its own vibe and you learn where to go depending on what you are looking for. This store sports a big building with three floors but I felt the selection was a little repetitive. There is a lot of stuff, but mostly all the same kind of stuff. It was our first time visiting today. There were alot of unique and eclectic finds as well as a balanced variety. There were a good amount of booth sales too. The architecture of the space complimented the products being sold. Would recommend as a “must visit.” If you’re into fragrances, check out the collection of factices on the main floor.
I called to see if they purchase antiques and was told to text this number to send photos of my items to. I was left on read for about 20 minutes before i said “any update?” I don’t recommend going to this place or selling to them. whoever i spoke to doesn’t deserve a penny! the fact that you have to pay for an appraisal to sell to them is absurd and such a con. this guy needs to learn how to talk to people as well as learn to be kind!
Called and the lady immediately gave an attitude and hung up on me
