They are very unprofessional. I called to engage their service. I had to take a ton of photos and upload them for them to decide if my estate qualifies. After reviewing my photos they agreed it did and scheduled the meeting at my home. The day of the meeting I received a text a few hours (not a call) that it was too hot, they no longer think I have enough items and it would waste their time for them to come out. My sister and I cannot say enough about what a fantastic job Stephanie and her crew did with first, my father’s estate sale and then handling the sale of his house after we lost him this past August. She did such a wonderful job of clearing out and organizing his belongings for the sale, as well as, getting good prices for his antiques. She also took control of repairing some things and got his house painted and cleaned before showing. I wouldn’t hesitate to use her services again and highly recommend her and her company.
Stephanie and her crew did a great job with my step mom's estate. She was a "collector" of things and the house was full of all sorts of grandmotherly things. They sorted it all out, presented it in a professional way and conducted the sale efficiently. She was in constant contact with me the entire time giving me updates on particular items and found a lot of my father's sacred items that we had missed in our walkthrough and saved them for me. Great job. Highly recommend.
Stephanie helped to pull together a team to pack and sell home contents and then sold our home in a condensed timeline. Got over asking price because of good prep and planning.
