In one word "awesome"! My daughter and I drove for 9 hours to reach the Antiochian Village. We arrived a day early and met the most fabulous, approachable young man, Steven "Jeff" Keller, supervising the front desk at the conference center. He saw that my daughter was nervous and worried so he immediately put my daughter at ease and assured her she would not only love it but she would want to stay for a second week. How right he was. I have nothing but good things to say about Barli, Allison and the entire staff at the Antiochian Village. From the very beginning, we had the best customer service. Both ladies were extremely understanding and helpful with all of my questions, calls and emails.
