There very rude! I rented the hall for my daughters bautizo and told me I had until 11 to the party to be done but the lady told me that she understands that sometimes people get behind with the cleaning so she would give me until 11:30 pm wish all family members help me do the cleaning but guess what I was done by 11:30 but at the end she change me a late fee for not been done at 11.
