Great customer service in their service department.
I went in for an oil change and asked them to check out a noise I had been hearing most recently. I was able to have someone drive my vehicle, and shortly after, they diagnosed the issue and created a plan to fix it. Brian, who helped me, was extremely communicative and helpful, explaining every step while they had my vehicle for a few days. My husband and I were extremely impressed with our overall experience. They truly have a well-oiled machine running there. Thank you, Brian, for all your help and kindness.
My wife's fab was broken when she got home from having maintenance conducted on her car. I had no proof that it was broken by staff at the dealership. However, I returned the following day, showed the broken fab to the Service Manager, and was EXTREMELY pleased that he provided a fab that looked new to me, for FREE! JAN 2026 Returned for routine preventive maintenance. Oscar checked me in and Gary was the shuttle driver. Both did a fine job.
