First I have to say the people here are nice and their customer service is great. But that alone does not makes a great business. Here are my issues: 1. Their cost is just too high plus they started adding 3% charge to CC payments. Makes it even more expensive. Their labor and parts cost are too much. 2. Had a pre purchase multi point inspection completed here. On their report they stated my tires were good to go and had sufficient tread life, and they recommended replacing the rear shocks at some point. However, 3 days later when I take the vehicle in for alignment at a different location, I am notified that my tires are severely worn down nearly to the metal belt on the inner edges. (Showing that Antioch didn’t actually inspect the tires aside from just looking at them), that the rear shocks need to be replaced immediately... read more
Been here several times for regular vehicle service. Had an outstanding experience with Bryan Esqueda. He kept me updated on status of oil change & tire rotation. Also answered several questions I had. I highly recommend stopping here if in the area. Very nice lobby while you are waiting for your vehicle too.
