My experience was great here. Being new to getting songs on my own cars I was really happy with the knowledge I was provided. My car didn't pass the test because I had recently got my battery replaced, but the rep made sure to explain it to me and recommended me driving the vehicle to "set the monitors" I came back after commuting to work for a week and he remembered who I was when I came back. I arrived at 8:30am, this place was not open. The guy was rude and treated like I should just go away. Dont spend your money here, there are other places on the block that are more professional and care about customer service. Please fire him!
I have gone twice to these guys... They are friendly and fast... I was in and out in about 15 min. they stayed open and waited for me, Now that's customer service... Remember to print the coupon and save 10.00. They charge 60.00 without the coupon. Satisfied customer.. I will continue to bring my cars here for service.
