Angry Patient The office staff in front do not have it together. The wait is long. Most of the staff is unfriendly. Their billing practice is a nightmare. Will never ever go back. You couldn't pay me or send me for free to go back. The billing office lies and tries to get more money from patient. They charge an outrageous fee for their billing errors. They wont work with you. never had a problem I have been going to Antioch MRI for mammograms and chest x-rays for many years. The staff has been nothing but courteous and professional. I have never had a billing problem with them (yes, I have insurance). The only reason I don't give them 5 stars is because I never give anything 5 stars! It is typical for people who have negative experiences to write reviews; but fairness dictates that those of us with no complaints write reviews too!
Beware of Antioch Medical Imaging! Read On... Unbelievable! Antioch MRI had made thousands of dollars from my business and that of my family members. So here is how they treat their customers: Antioch Medical imaging MISTAKENLY billed me for a $30 co-pay because they miscoded my MRI as an office business. Would NOT recommend to my worst enemy! My doctor ordered a test which required an injection into my shoulder joint by a doctor prior to the exam. I called trying to schedule, but was left on hold and passed from staff member to staff member having to repeat my reason for the call again and again. I was finally scheduled, and arrived on the day of my appointment, only to be told I wasn't in the system! Good Place to go I like AMI because they do not make you wait. They answer their phone in a timely manner. They try to provide a good service. My only peeve with the whole medical community is that even if you are a cash paying customer who wants to order a mammogram or chest Xray you cannot get one unless you have an order from a doctor. If you are your own health advocate you should be able to do as your doc's recommend. Get your tests on your own accord, after all YOU are paying for it.It is your concern,your body. poor experience we were pregnant and came here for a routine ultrasound - what followed were a couple months of worry and anguish after the radiologist misread our test and "suggested" that our baby had a serious brain defect. we ended up preparing for a difficult delivery by changing the delivery hospital and changing medical groups to find a new OB and Pediatrician who could handle our case at the other hospital. we researched the syndrome and joined a support group, spent many a sleepless night crying and worrying about o... read more
medical imaging when going to have an MRI done these people can realy help with it when you dont like being closed in they help you relax so you can have the test done to see whats wrong they made me feel very comfortable during this test
