Broken window. Emailed them. They gave me an estimate the same day. They came to my Rio Vista house on time, fixed and cleaned up. Did a great job. Very satisfied. Recommend highly.

They can't manage to cut a shelf correctly and leave the edges very poorly trimmed. When I returned the shelf and asked for them to fix it the man there was very rude and belligerent. I entered as he was closing. I said I would be happy to pick it up later but he remarked on what I would do if he had entered my establishment at closing where I replied customer service is important. He then offered me a refund. I tried to level with him knowing it's a family-owned business but he did not care.
