We ordered an expensive birthday bouquet for one of our most important clients for her birthday, which was September 2, 2025. Order was placed on August 21, 2025, under the company name of Feltheimer Cohn & Associates, to give Antioch Flowers plenty of time to prepare it. It was never delivered. We have tried to contact the company via both phone & email, and no one has deigned to return any message. I visited their website to place an order online. After placing the order, I attempted for 3 days to contact this shop to get confirmation that they received my order. Since it’s been 72 hours, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
SECOND EDIT: at no point did anyone ever tell me they needed two hours notice for anything. It was a fast transaction. I called, asked for same day delivery, gave my address, paid. Done. At no point was there ever a remedy offered via voicemail when I left the review, you called and lied about what happened. Not sure what you gain by blatantly lying in your response, choosing to ignore it may have been a better option.
