This place is amazing! the staff is so nice and accomidating. I called them at 9:30am for my kitty with a mysterious leg injury and by 1030a the doc had already diagnosed him with an infected bite, drained it, and sent us home with antibiotics and treats. all for a very reasonable price! the office is clean and organized. And everyone from the front desk ladies, to the nurses, to the doctor's genuinely care about their patients and their owners. There the best I highly recommend for everything they are reasonable on the prices. And the staff and the doctors are just wonderful they’re such beautiful people. I will always come here.
We had to make the hard decision at the last min to let our 15yr old kitty go to the rainbow bridge...They were so kind and caring and worked us in even when they were booked up and we had been refused service at our reg vet. We will be changing vets and taking our babies to them from now on. TY!!
They squeezed us in due to how sick she was. Prices were fair. Staff was very friendly and caring despite all this crazy social distancing.
Call this morning to see if the vet could take a look at our dog’s eye. It was irritated and having discharge. They had a few cancellations this morning and we got seen. Very happy with them accommodating us friendly staff and the vet doctor was very personal and friendly. Definitely would got back for additional care to our dogs.
ADCH has been a second home for all our cats. Dr. Carr cried with me when it was time to end Sasha's suffering after a long illness. She even went to a seminar about feline respiratory infections to try to help find a solution for her recurring URI. These days, 20 year old Ithaca is a regular visitor and stays with them when we travel. She gets meds daily in small doses; they even cut the pills for me. It's the little things...
