It is basic that you open on time. Standing outside the lab. It is 710am and no one in sight.
A few of the employees are extremely rude when asked simple questions. Not to mention, I have had results contaminated and a false positive on results as well. I rarely have a good experience here
Most businesses when they post their hours, they actually follow them. Your lab appears to make their own and are just open when they feel like it. I did my part and pay a lot for health insurance and expect Sutter to be a bit more professional
