I got referred here from sutter after I broke my foot for x-rays. I was referred 3 times exactly. One of the times I wasted money on a copay to NEVER be seen..cause the radiologist was a no show, Then I was charged for that visit!!I have been making monthly payments to them since it happened and they have the nerve to send my account to collections!! Wow!! Thanks Bay Imaging!! I don't even want to give 1 star!!
After having the system down a full business I suggest that you should have a backup to still be able to back appointments or answer questions. There should always be a backup in place.
False advertising. Closed twice in one month when advertised to be open because technician was out sick. No one answers phone or returns calls. It might as well be out of business. Unreliable, undependable. Don't waste your time. Go elsewhere.
