Excellent service for my need for air duct cleaning! On time, two men came to clean up using methods from the 1980s. Despite being informed that the second floor ducts had just been changed, they carried out a thorough cleaning and noticed one of them had dust from a more recent renovation on it after taking before and after pictures. Overall, I'm really satisfied and would use them again if necessary.

William was really helpful, considerate, and responsive when I phoned and chatted with him over the phone. Johnny and his associate arrived, acted professionally, and began to work right away. The vent was 95% clogged, so they had to remove a lot of garbage from it. They were incredibly courteous and cleaned up after themselves. I can't speak highly enough about them. I want to thank you for your excellent service!

The pricing looked a little expensive, but the ducts were done well. From the first phone conversation, this firm was fantastic, and scheduling was simple... Even with a highly used/dirty chimney, William was precisely on schedule, performed a fantastic job checking and cleaning my chimneys, and kept everything incredibly clean. In order to maintain the maintenance and clean my air ducts in the future, I will be calling this firm each year from now on.

This rating is completely based on the customer service I had when I asked for information about their services. I haven't actually used the fireplace since I had the chimney cleaned and inspected last fall. It was completed by a different business that was suggested, which has somewhat soured my opinion of it. Perhaps I should revisit that business. Back to Antinucleons Chimney Sweep, though.
