We took our vehicle, a ford diesel, to Justin on several occasions. One of the first visits was for a bad pinion bearing in the rear end. While inside doing the repair, Justin found other issues, which he seemed to support with facts, and would cost more money to repair. We agreed, but when we got the truck back, it had a bad vibration that wouldn’t go away. 2 more visits, but Justin was unable to find the root cause of the problem, and assured us it wasn’t his fault.
