Can never log on and can never get any help form customer service.
Buyer beware… I pay $677 a month and literally no one accepts them…. Their list of places that accepts them is a huge lie… now we’re screwed for the year when it comes to having insurance
March 2025 UPDATE: Still problems! Their portal is STILL not up and running. I cannot get EOBs or Claim information. When I called, I was transferred to Billing, and the woman could see a dollar amount but no other info (not even provider!) on the Claim!! So very frustrating. Get your act together, Antidote, this is NOT how you run an insurance business! I guess they are still not ready for prime time! Contacted a physician through the app and even though I contacted the wrong one they were happy to help me solve my issue.
Dr. Eitan is always great, he’s extremely helpful and nice and gets through the appointments as quickly as possible.
