Good Italian food, nice small "Mom & Pop" trattoria mood.
Insalata capricciosa and mozzarella en carrozza are incredible! Love the food,service, and atmosphere!
Small neighborhood place. Food is good but, not great.
All the food here is phenomenal. Favorites are the linguini carbonara and the calamari entree. The salad with the orange and freshly shaved parmesan is off the hook too.
Well worth the trip from anywhere in NYC! – I was lucky enough to have moved to the neighborhood in 2008. Unfortunately most of the food joints in Ridgewood are fast-food quality, but I WAS able to find a gem here and there, and Antica Trattoria is at the TOP of my list! I would have to say that not only is this the BEST restaurant in the immediate vicinity (which admittedly isn't saying much!), but I'd say it's one of THE best Italian restaurants I've been to in NYC!
