Amazing contractors. I bought an investment unit and it smelled like cigarrete and was seriously outdated. Unit increased 30% rental value after remodel; new kitchen, bathrooms and paint.
Absolute dogshit contractor. Cheap and rushes jobs, trying to nickel and dime on equipment to save themselves a buck. Would not recommend.
Recently bought a house that was developed by Antica, and not only is the plumbing a total mess, but they decided to buy an undersized AC unit (saving them $200) which will now cost us thousands to replace! Shoddy work all around the house, overall cheap and rushed work.
