I placed an order online and a little run in due to postal strike . The wonderful lady I talked to on the phone was so helpful so nice and went way over and beyond ! I ordered a zo skin trial set from here due to not finding any place in town to purchase (now I actually want to go in for some services ) they seem like an extremely professional business !!! Really recommend their online store and instore services!!!

During a 25% off promotion on products, I placed a pretty large order and the site glitched and ended up charging me full price. I have reached out at least 5 times with no response, so I’m not impressed with the lack of customer service and support.
I purchased an online order and went to pick it up. Staff was very courteous and helpful. I looked at some of the product in their facility and with the knowledgeable input from the staff I purchased some more!
