Their online scheduling tool let me book an appointment for today at 9am, but I am here at the storefront and they are very clearly not open. Don't let people book appointments for days you're not open!
I love the staff and services at this facility. I have been several times and I can not say how caring and friendly they are. They make me feel comfortable and discuss my expectations. This place has gone downhill since it first opened last year.I think it is under new management or no management at all.The last time I was there secretary was texting on her phone the entire time! Sheclooked as though she had just rolled out of bed & was barely awake. 2 mo ago I referred a good friend there who drove 2 hours from Indiana to get an IV- there wasnt a nurse there who could start it!!!I have left messages and no one ever returns my calls.
