Worst return policy, clothes fall apart in three wears! Bought a bunch of stuff less than 2 months ago.. wore two of the shirts under three times- big holes (line dried them even)! Wouldn’t exchange because I didn’t have a receipt and been washed.. well I wasn’t planning on returning, so of course I don’t have receipt! Never shopping here again!! Nordstrom is so much better with everything! Even jcrew!
Rancho Cucamonga location is the rudest store, treats their customers horribly. The manager on the floor should be ashamed of herself. There’s a reason why people stop coming to this crappy location that treats you like trash. They never should have closed down the Brea location and they should close down this location.

Most be the slowest Chick Fil A in the United States. Too busy working on a catering order to process an order from the counter. 13 minutes waiting. For Chick Fil A Biscuit and a breakfast burrito. Not rocket surgery.
I am not sure that I have been this upset over poor customer service in a long time. I have been a long time shopper at Anthro. I love their clothes and make sure to let everyone know where I shop. I believe that the style is fantastic for helping women in their 30's and 40's, who have had children, hide those areas that they are not as comfortable with.
