I just left Anthropologie and I'm honestly so disappointed by the lack of customer service by one of their employees. I found an item that I loved, but it had 4+ pulls that were noticeable, (on the shoulders of the jacket) and I asked them if they could please knock down the price (they didn't have any other jackets in the store in my size).
