There is a young woman in the bridal department. Her name is Kenady. She was my consultant to help me find an amazing dress and style I would have never found otherwise. I highly recommend her at this location in the bridal shop that’s upstairs in this Anthropologie.
Your customer service is a joke. You do bait and switch online when you run out of a product, hoping that people won't return the incorrect items you've sent. You do virtually nothing meaningful to make up for my inconvenience and your error.
I was trying to buy a tshirt on the app today & went to confirm payment via Apple Pay - all address info, total ($24.98+tax), etc was correct. I double click on my phone to confirm payment and it approves order but completely changes content of my cart to a skincare item that was $90 - which wasn’t even in my cart or what I tried to order! Called customer service - waited for 20-25 minutes only to hear ‘it’s too far along in the process so we can’t cancel the order, sorry. This store in JAX,FL has got to have the worse customer service! IN MY OPINION. To start things off when I first bought 3 items on Friday I made it very clear that I might have to bring somethings back. The clerk rolled the items around her hand like a rag and put them in their bag without tissue paper or folding them neatly.
