Refused a legitimate coupon of mine because it was not emailed directly to me. I love the store itself but did not love the customer service. Will be spending my money at a more friendly anthropologie! If you like to use coupons, shop at a different anthropologie.
Would give zero stars if possible. Tried several times to order from an online wedding registry. Spent over 30 mins tonight on the phone and still could not get this accomplished. HORRIBLE online experience. Never tried so hard to give my hard earned $$ to some organization. Never shop there again.
