Excellent customer service, Chris was immaculate, cleaned up every spec of dust before he left. Very nice, knowledgeable, and accommodating. My experience with Anthracite and the technician (Chris) has been nothing but awesome. Highly professional and very friendly attitude to ensure my electrical issues were taken care of with a positive approach.
Anthracite Electric is awesome! First, they agreed to come give an estimate before we leave for work, so we didn’t have to take a day off. This meant they started their day earlier than normal. Second, the estimate was reasonable and fair! Third, our hot tub arrived earlier than expected and they fit us into their schedule within 48 hours. They even offered to help move the tub if we needed. And finally, they were quick, efficient, clean and committed to their original estimate. Great men who I would hire again!
Anthracite gave me a quote for a small job that I couldn’t handle myself. Jim, and I believe a young man called Mike, came on-site and reviewed the job and I received a quote within a couple of hours. The quote was great, very reasonable I thought.
