Anthracite Electric is awesome! First, they agreed to come give an estimate before we leave for work, so we didn’t have to take a day off. This meant they started their day earlier than normal. Second, the estimate was reasonable and fair! Third, our hot tub arrived earlier than expected and they fit us into their schedule within 48 hours. They even offered to help move the tub if we needed. And finally, they were quick, efficient, clean and committed to their original estimate. Great men who I would hire again!
Anthracite gave me a quote for a small job that I couldn’t handle myself. Jim, and I believe a young man called Mike, came on-site and reviewed the job and I received a quote within a couple of hours. The quote was great, very reasonable I thought. UPDATE - Went from five stars down to one. Installation was exceptional, however the best merits of a company are based on how they deliver service after the sale. Our camera system started to give us problems back in January. Hey things break I get it. So I placed a call. Left a message no response. Tried a week or so later, absolutely nothing. Mike and the crew came to the house on very short notice. They were very friendly. Very Professional . They answered all my questions and explained things to me. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them in the future.
