this place could care less about their customers. when u order online it tells you 50 minutes for delivery. after two hours you should just cancel the order. twice now we have ordered. twice after 2 hrs with no food we've had to cancel just to get cussed by the person on the phone. No Anthony's. it's not my fault that your website quotes 50 min delivery. it's not my fault that you only employ 3 drivers. no I dont want subs that's been under a heat lamp for 2 hours. are u trying to kill me by food poisoning???? The food is delicious but whomever they have answering the phone was unnecessarily rude. Not only when we ordered but also when we called back an hour later because we were still waiting for our order. she should not be answering the phone or talking to customers.

Thanks for asking Facebook, but the only way I see this establishment improving is either by shutting down or hiring all new staff, including management. Who defends their food when there is something visibly wrong with it and gets attitude with customers for calling them out for poor quality? Do Charles Town a favor and shut down or start treating people with respect and make good quality food. I used to be a customer here, but no longer.

Horrible service from manager found 3 hairs in my nephews pasta and he said well I don’t know what to tell you? Like what do you mean? Had to threaten to call the health inspector just so he would remake his food
eating the ravioli right now.
