Not only was our $11 calzone soggy, cold & not crispy as ordered, but the "manager" Ron, AND the "owner" Billy were rude and nonchalant. They offered me a 10% discount on my next delivery order, which is $1.10! I ordered a pizza through the online system and was told by the MANAGER, "oh, yeah, that system doesn't work.. its really glitchy.. for the past 3 hours we've not been able to deliver a pizza within 90 minutes.." I asked if there were any measures taken to notify customer's and the response was, no, "once in a while it works right". I asked what I was supposed to do and was told to "just wait - its on its way". The absolute worst.! I Gave this place a second and third chance and they still cannot beat Boardwalk pizza. I live 4 blocks away and waited 1.25 hours for OLD pizza (looks like it was made yesterday), buffalo wings minus sauce ( wings, which were underdone, came drenched in sauce and oil), and baked ziti w/ sausage (baked ziti was underdone and sausage was raw) . not a run of the mill pizza place. they guys make good pizza. just went for first time last week and plan to hit them up again soon.
It's ok. Service is ok. Lot's of talking by workers...horseplay. Manager is awsome.
All i can say is AWESOME!! and HUMMMM! Just as I asked and VERY Yummy!! Big time ++++++. Give them a call and it comes yummy. No grease in the bottom of the foil. Full of stuff. needs more cheese on the cheesy sticks and better sauce but other than that very tasty!! If you want a fill up give them a call!!
But if you are really hungry, order the large for dine-in. It is MUCH larger than the large for delivery. It does not fit in the box! Single slice or whole pie, thick or thin...they even have white pizza. Did I mention pasta, sandwiches and salads too? Something to fit everyone's appetite. Customer service is great too. We love Jill!
