Not only was our $11 calzone soggy, cold & not crispy as ordered, but the "manager" Ron, AND the "owner" Billy were rude and nonchalant. They offered me a 10% discount on my next delivery order, which is $1.10! After explaining the reason I had to call the next day was b/c we were on our way to the movies, Billy offered me a WHOPPING 30%, or $3.90! WHAT?! A crappy $11 calzone and get $3 credit??
