Terrible painting and terrible owner. Rented from him, we had to repaint EVERY SINGLE wall. Then did all sorts of work, put flooring in, he agreed to pay, then didn’t. Pure conartist, beware of doing business with shady immoral people like this. Who lets a tenant put in over 2k worth of flooring then refuses to pony up the cash! But as for the painting abilities of this owner and his small very small company, it’s subpar work, when moving in we had to repaint all of this walls that had been “professionally” done, they weren’... read more
