My wife was recently in an accident on the 405 near Santa Monica, while we were trying to sort out towing with the involved insurance companies a tow truck showed up. The guy seemed nice enough and was very helpful giving her a monologue about how reputable his company is and how they are partners with all the insurance companies, "don't worry you are in good hands" was his take home point.
