Was in for a haircut and beard trim. I have long curly hair and a fairly large beard. I asked for my hair and neck to be cleaned up and my beard to be trimmed and shaped. My hair was shortened dramatically and my beard was barely touched. What was done to my beard is not symmetric and it looks worse than when I went in. I was charged $55 to have my hair messed up and my beard barely touched. I'm now at home trying to fix what this "professional" did to me. This was a complete waste of my time and money.
