Really great costumer service, you can tell they love what they do. Love the custom made ring, they exceeded expectations, would recommend! They made the proposal so much more meaningful.
I had an engagement ring in mind but was unable to find it in any shop. When I told Raz about my vision for the ring, he was able to custom make the ring exactly to my liking. He told me that the expected time to make the ring would be two weeks- he was actually able to make it in less than a week which was amazing! Customer service is top tier and the ring is everything I envisioned!!!
Angie and her worker bee are so thoughtful. I have known them for years. Anytime I come in for a repair or some bling they treat me like family. So honest and fair.
